Ethos Living Services (ELS) is seeking a dedicated Property Manager to join our team in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware. ELS prides itself on fostering a culture of recognition and excellence, making it an ideal environment for professional growth.
Responsibilities
- Maintain property operations, including staff, community buildings, roads, and amenities.
- Ensure the property is clean and attractive to maximize occupancy.

Requirements

- 5+ years of property management experience, with preference for multi-family and/or manufactured home settings.
- Strong operational, collaborative, and leadership skills.
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Office and other web-based applications, particularly financial systems.
- Experience in marketing or sales is preferred.
- Understanding of the operating complexities and daily tasks associated with the position.
- Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and current auto insurance.
