The business covers sales and property management across 130 properties, overseen by you and one other Property Manager each managing approximately 65 properties.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of 65 properties
• Ensure tenant satisfaction and smooth property operations
• Handle maintenance requests promptly
• Process rental applications and manage lease agreements
• Collaborate with the other Property Manager to maintain consistent standards across all properties

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in property management
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple properties efficiently
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Familiarity with property maintenance and repair processes
• Proficiency in property management software and tools
