Role Overview
The Property Manager at Westport Properties will provide professional and exceptional customer service and property management services to create a positive and enjoyable environment for our residents and future residents. This role requires compliance with all applicable federal regulations and the ability to manage multiple properties efficiently.
Core Duties
- Provide excellent customer service to residents, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and effectively.
- Ensure property maintenance is up-to-date by coordinating with vendors and contractors as needed.
- Manage day-to-day operations of the properties including scheduling services, managing budgets, and overseeing staff.
- Prepare and submit financial reports and budget proposals to management.
- Screen and select new tenants in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Comply with all federal, state, and local property management laws and regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Property Manager or similar role.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation for site visits.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple properties simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with property management software and systems.
