Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple residential apartment communities
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
• Develop and implement strategies for improving resident satisfaction and retention
• Manage budgets and financial performance of properties
• Supervise on-site staff to ensure efficient operations
• Conduct regular property inspections and maintenance coordination
• Communicate with residents, vendors, and other stakeholders effectively
• Travel required for site visits and meetings

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in multi-site property management
• Proven track record of successful property management
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with property management software and tools
• Ability to handle multiple properties simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field preferred
