• Uphold all workplace health and safety standards throughout overnight hours, identifying and resolving risks promptly.
• Coordinate with day teams and other departments to ensure seamless handovers and shared operational goals.
• Train team members in efficient processes, planogram compliance and service standards while giving regular constructive feedback.
• Track shift performance metrics and adapt workflows to maintain productivity under time-sensitive conditions.

Skills & Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience supervising shift-based retail or logistics teams, preferably within night operations.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks under pressure.
• Solid knowledge of inventory control, merchandising principles and stock accuracy methods.
