You earn $125 to $200 per signing appointment, with compensation directly tied to the number of closings you complete.
What You'll Do
- Conduct loan signings with meticulous attention to accuracy and document compliance
- Verify borrower identity and witness document execution
- Perform notarial acts in strict accordance with Arizona statutes
- Travel throughout Mesa and surrounding Maricopa County areas to meet clients
- Maintain detailed, organized records of each signing appointment
- Coordinate with lenders, title companies, and borrowers to ensure smooth closings
- Stay informed on current notary regulations and industry best practices
What We're Looking For
- Arizona Notary Public commission (active or ability to obtain)
