What You'll Do

- Collaborate with product, operations, and customer service teams to ensure seamless delivery and satisfaction

- Represent ITW at industry events and in customer-facing strategic initiatives
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of B2B sales management or enterprise sales experience
- Track record of exceeding sales targets and building high-performing teams
- Background in industrial, manufacturing, or automotive sectors preferred
- Strong strategic thinking, negotiation, and communication skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems and sales analytics platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field
