The Opportunity

As a MyCare - Family Physician - In-Clinic with TELUS Health at Toronto, Ontario, you will provide clinic-based family medicine for patients of all ages. Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive in-clinic assessments, histories, and physical examinations for patients presenting with acute or chronic concerns
• Diagnose conditions, order and interpret investigations, and create evidence-based treatment plans
• Prescribe medications, perform routine procedures within family medicine scope, and arrange specialist referrals when required
• Deliver preventive care, health education, and chronic disease management during in-person visits
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and collaborate with clinic colleagues to coordinate patient care

Who We're Looking For

• Medical degree and successful completion of family medicine residency training
• Current licence to practise medicine in Ontario and good standing with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario
• Certification in Family Medicine (or equivalent recognized credentials) and readiness for independent in-clinic practice
• Strong clinical judgment, clear communication skills, and commitment to patient-centred care
• Ability to work productively in a busy downtown clinic environment at Toronto, Ontario
