About This Position

We are seeking a dedicated MP Support Advisor to join our team and work closely with Tim Costley, MP. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for constituents seeking advice or support while assisting Tim Costley in staying connected to local needs, opportunities, and issues.

Your Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for constituents requiring assistance or information
• Support MP Tim Costley in understanding and addressing the concerns and needs of his electorate
• Contribute to the development and implementation of policies that align with local community priorities
• Facilitate communication between constituents, MPs, and government agencies
• Assist in organizing events and meetings that engage with the local community

We are looking for a candidate who possesses excellent interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities, and a commitment to public service. You should have experience in customer service or a related field and be able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
