About the Role

As a Mortgage Specialist Analyst, you'll be instrumental in delivering sophisticated mortgage advisory services to our clients. This position bridges client financial objectives with our comprehensive lending solutions, requiring both deep product knowledge and a commitment to exceptional service in a dynamic wealth management environment.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate client financial situations and recommend tailored mortgage products and structures aligned with their wealth management goals
• Prepare and review mortgage applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness while maintaining regulatory compliance standards
• Communicate with underwriting, compliance, and servicing teams to facilitate smooth loan processing from origination through closing
• Maintain detailed client records and documentation in accordance with banking protocols and regulatory requirements
• Address client inquiries regarding mortgage rates, loan terms, available programs, and related financial products
• Collaborate with relationship managers to identify complementary wealth management opportunities for clients
• Support the full mortgage origination lifecycle from initial inquiry through final loan closing

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in finance, banking, or related discipline
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with meticulous attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with diverse client and internal audiences
• Working knowledge of mortgage products, lending standards, and banking regulations
• Proficiency with banking systems and standard office technology platforms
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Client-focused approach with a commitment to delivering value to high-net-worth individuals and institutional clients
