About the Role

As a Vending Technician with Sodexo, you'll service and maintain a route of vending machines across multiple locations, ensuring every machine is stocked, operational, and ready to serve our customers. This hands-on position combines mechanical skill with customer service, offering independence and responsibility in a dynamic environment.

What You'll Do

• Load, stock, and maintain vending machines with products and supplies
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on vending equipment
• Collect and verify cash and payment transactions from machines
• Respond promptly to machine malfunctions and customer concerns
• Drive a vehicle to reach multiple service locations throughout your assigned route
• Keep accurate records of inventory, sales, and equipment status
• Follow safety protocols and company guidelines while working independently
• Build and maintain positive relationships with location managers and customers

What We're Looking For

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Strong reliability and time-management abilities
• Comfort working independently throughout your shift
• Professional customer service approach
• Physical capability to bend, reach, and work in various environments
