About the Role

As a Mortgage Occupancy Field Inspector with GIS Field Services, you will visit residential and commercial properties throughout the Cumberland and Allegany County area to confirm occupancy status and document property conditions on behalf of mortgage lenders and servicers. This full-time position is structured as a 1099 independent contractor arrangement, giving you a flexible schedule, the independence to manage your own routes, and weekly pay. It is an ideal fit for someone who is dependable, observant, and comfortable working out in the field rather than behind a desk.

Key Responsibilities

• Travel to assigned addresses across Cumberland and Allegany County to verify whether properties are occupied or vacant.
• Capture clear photographs and record accurate observations about each property's condition.
• Complete inspection reports thoroughly and submit them on time through the company's reporting system.
