About the Role

As a Banquet Set Up team member, you'll be the behind-the-scenes force that makes events feel effortless. Working at one of the world's leading conservation organizations, you'll help stage banquets, gatherings, and celebrations at Arbor Day Farm — connecting your hands-on work to a larger mission of inspiring people to plant, care for, and honor trees. This is a full-time position based entirely in Nebraska City; it is not a remote opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

• Arrange tables, chairs, linens, and event furnishings according to each function's layout and timeline
• Prepare banquet and event spaces so they are clean, organized, and guest-ready
• Transition rooms efficiently between events, breaking down and resetting as needed
• Coordinate with hospitality and culinary colleagues to support seamless service
• Maintain equipment and storage areas in safe, orderly condition
