We are seeking a highly motivated Mortgage Loan Officer to join our Direct Sales channel team. As a key member of this consumer direct marketing powerhouse, you will be responsible for providing excellent service and support to our customers across all 50 states. This full-time position is based in Santa Ana, California, with no remote work option.
Responsibilities
- Process mortgage applications from potential borrowers
- Assist customers through the loan application process
- Provide excellent customer service and support
- Build and maintain relationships with clients
- Stay up-to-date with current market trends and regulations
