About the Role

As a Mobile Service Technician with FleetPride, you'll provide on-site maintenance, diagnostics, and repair services for heavy-duty trucks and trailers. You'll work with sophisticated vehicle systems, applying your technical expertise to keep commercial fleets operating at peak performance. This role emphasizes preventive maintenance practices that extend equipment life and minimize downtime for our customers.

What You'll Do

• Perform preventive maintenance inspections and services on heavy-duty truck and trailer systems
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues across multiple vehicle platforms
• Execute repairs and component replacements while maintaining service quality standards
• Document work completed and parts used for each service call
• Mentor junior technicians and share best practices with team members
• Build strong customer relationships through professional, reliable service

What We're Looking For

• Comprehensive knowledge of heavy-duty truck and trailer systems and subsystems
• Proficiency in preventive maintenance procedures and diagnostic techniques
• Ability to work independently on-site and manage multiple service calls efficiently
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail
• Proven ability to train and mentor other technicians
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Professional communication skills and customer service orientation
