About the Role

As a Mobile Notary Signing Agent, you'll travel to clients throughout Charlotte and surrounding areas to provide professional notarization services and facilitate loan signings. You'll manage your own schedule while ensuring every signing is handled with accuracy, integrity, and expertise. This is a full-time position offering genuine earning potential and the independence of field-based work.

What You'll Do

• Conduct notarizations and witness loan document signings at client locations
• Verify client identities and ensure proper execution of legal documents
• Maintain compliance with state notary laws and Mecklenburg County regulations
• Build relationships with lenders, title companies, and repeat clients
• Manage your own schedule to balance client commitments with professional growth
• Document all notarizations accurately and maintain detailed records

What We're Looking For

• Active North Carolina Notary Public commission
• Clean background and commitment to ethical, professional service
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel throughout Charlotte and Mecklenburg County
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage client schedules
• Familiarity with loan signing processes preferred
