About the Role
As a Merchandiser for retail accounts in our enterprise area, you'll be responsible for ensuring Pepsi-Cola products are prominently displayed, properly maintained, and positioned for maximum customer engagement at all assigned customer locations. Your work is essential to maintaining our brand standards and supporting our retail partners' success.
What You'll Do
- Stock, arrange, and merchandise Pepsi-Cola products on retail shelves and display units
- Rotate inventory following FIFO (first in, first out) principles to ensure product freshness
- Monitor product placement and adjust displays to align with merchandising standards and promotional activities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of product areas, coolers, and display spaces
- Check products for quality, damage, and expiration dates, removing items that do not meet standards
- Build and maintain attractive point-of-sale displays that capture customer attention
- Communicate with store staff and management to address account needs and opportunities
- Document field observations and report on account conditions and product performance
- Represent Pepsi-Cola Bottling Co. of Luverne with professionalism and integrity at all times
What We're Looking For
- Physical ability to lift, carry, and stock products regularly throughout the workday
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining product and display excellence
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively across multiple retail accounts
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of integrity, ethical conduct, and professional judgment
- Previous merchandising, retail, or field sales experience preferred
