What You'll Do

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing counseling sessions with clients across a range of mental health needs
• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans grounded in evidence-based therapeutic approaches
• Maintain comprehensive clinical documentation and session records
• Coordinate care with other providers and specialists when appropriate
• Manage your practice calendar, billing, and client communications through our all-in-one platform
• Build sustainable, revenue-growing client relationships with insurance-covered sessions

What We're Looking For

• Active Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) license in California
