About This Position

The National Trades Union Congress (NTUC) is seeking a Mediator to join its Tripartite Alliance for Dispute Management (TADM). The role involves managing cases from the Case Relationship Management System (CRM), providing timely assistance, and resolving employment disputes through mediation. This full-time position is based in Jurong East.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve cases from the Case Relationship Management System (CRM)
• Evaluate and assess incoming cases
• Provide timely assistance and advisory to members on workplace-related matters/disputes
• Mediate employment disputes between members and companies

What We're Looking For

• A strong understanding of labor laws and dispute resolution processes
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Prior experience in case management or a related field is preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
