Blue State is hiring an Associate Director, Paid Media Planning to lead and manage our paid advertising strategy across the United States. This is a full-time position where you'll develop media plans, oversee campaign execution, and drive measurable results for our clients and initiatives.

About the Role

What You'll Do

• Develop paid media strategies aligned with campaign goals and audience insights
• Direct media planning and buying across search, social, display, and emerging digital channels
• Manage media budgets and optimize spending to maximize campaign effectiveness
• Lead team members in campaign management, optimization, and reporting
• Analyze performance data to identify opportunities and recommend strategic improvements
• Collaborate with creative, strategy, and analytics teams on integrated campaigns
• Stay informed on platform developments and industry best practices in digital media

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in paid media planning, buying, or campaign management
• Proven track record managing substantial media budgets and leading teams
