What This Role Involves

The Devices Mechanical Engineering team at ResMed develops innovative products from concept to production. As a Mechanical Engineer in the Pressure Systems group, you will be part of a project team responsible for researching, designing, developing, and verifying high-volume manufacturable products that improve health outcomes globally.

Your Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative medical devices.
• Conduct research and design mechanical components using advanced CAD software.
• Perform detailed engineering analysis, including stress and thermal simulations.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and quality assurance processes.
• Support product validation and verification through testing and data analysis.

What We're Looking For

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in medical device design, preferably with pressure systems.
• Proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks or AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of mechanical engineering principles and materials science.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
