About the Role
Recorded Future is seeking a strategic, analytically-minded professional to design and manage the marketing technology stack that enables our global go-to-market operations. You'll oversee the technical systems, automation workflows, and AI-driven tools that connect our messaging, sales enablement, and customer engagement—directly impacting how we reach and serve over 1,900 intelligence clients worldwide. This role bridges marketing operations and technical automation, requiring hands-on expertise in Clay and a track record of scaling marketing systems in fast-growth environments.
What You'll Do
- Design, build, and maintain marketing automation workflows using Clay and integrated marketing technology platforms
- Implement AI-powered automation to optimize lead generation, nurture campaigns, and customer engagement processes
- Manage integrations between marketing systems, CRM, analytics platforms, and other business applications
- Develop and document standard operating procedures for marketing systems, ensuring scalability and consistency
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously improve automation performance and system reliability
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Establish metrics and reporting frameworks to measure automation impact and ROI
What We're Looking For
- Demonstrated expertise with Clay—required for this role—and proficiency in modern marketing automation platforms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to data accuracy and workflow optimization
- Experience designing and executing large-scale marketing automation programs in B2B or SaaS environments
- Comfort with marketing technology integrations, APIs, and technical troubleshooting
- Familiarity with AI tools and their application to marketing automation and customer engagement
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
