What You'll Do

• Welcome customers and build rapport from the first interaction, understanding their individual needs and goals
• Walk buyers through CarMax's inventory, explaining vehicle features, history, and pricing in a straightforward, transparent way
• Assist customers selling or trading in vehicles, explaining the appraisal process and setting accurate expectations
• Support customers through financing discussions and paperwork, ensuring they feel informed at every stage
• Coordinate with service and logistics teams to keep transactions moving smoothly and on time
• Follow up with customers to confirm satisfaction and address any outstanding questions
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and vehicle transactions
