About This Position
We are seeking a part-time Marketing Funnel and Automation expert to join our team. The role is based in India (nationwide) (nationwide), with no remote work option available. You will be working 20–25 hours per week on an equity-only basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and optimize marketing funnels for Kefilo’s human transformation ecosystem focused on functional nutrition, preventive wellness, gut health, and lifestyle redesign.
- Implement and maintain automated marketing processes to enhance customer engagement and conversion rates.
- Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas of improvement in the marketing automation strategy.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in designing and optimizing marketing funnels for B2C or B2B businesses.
- Expertise in implementing and managing automated marketing processes, including email campaigns, retargeting ads, and CRM systems.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, or similar automation platforms is a plus.
