About the Role

This role involves leading a diverse group of Sales & Tendering resources supporting different production & operating units. You will be responsible for driving sales initiatives and managing tender processes to ensure successful project outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Lead and motivate a team of Sales & Tendering professionals
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets
• Manage the entire tender process from initiation to closure, ensuring compliance with all regulations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform business decisions
• Prepare and present sales proposals and tenders to secure new business opportunities

What You Bring

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales & Tendering within the engineering or manufacturing sector
• Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing high-performing teams
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• In-depth knowledge of tender processes, regulations, and best practices
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
