About the Role
You'll serve as the technical leader and people manager for a development team at Penske, balancing strategic oversight with hands-on project leadership. What You'll Do
- Lead and develop a team of software developers, fostering technical growth and accountability
- Direct software development projects through planning, execution, implementation, and production support

- Optimize and refine existing systems and applications to improve performance, stability, and user experience
- Manage cross-functional collaboration to align technical delivery with business objectives
- Oversee issue resolution, troubleshooting, and post-launch support for deployed applications
- Establish and enforce development standards, code quality practices, and technical best practices
- Report on project progress, team performance, and technical metrics to senior leadership
