Vivrelle is hiring a full-time Manager, TikTok & Content Strategy to own short-form video and social media direction at the company's New York City headquarters — a creative leadership role for someone who moves at the speed of culture.
About the Role
As Vivrelle's Manager of TikTok & Content Strategy, you'll sit at the intersection of platform fluency and brand storytelling. This is a hands-on role for a social media professional who builds audiences through sharp creative instincts and a current, working understanding of how digital trends, algorithms, and internet moments actually function — not just in theory, but in execution.
What You'll Do
- Own Vivrelle's TikTok presence end-to-end — ideation, scripting, filming, editing, publishing, and performance review
- Build and execute a short-form content strategy designed to grow awareness, deepen engagement, and strengthen brand identity
- Spot emerging sounds, formats, and cultural moments early and move quickly to translate them into on-brand content
- Manage a cross-platform content calendar with primary focus on TikTok and Instagram Reels
- Partner with creative, marketing, and product teams to align social content with broader campaign goals
- Track channel analytics, extract insights, and continuously refine posting cadence and creative direction
- Monitor platform updates and algorithm shifts to keep Vivrelle's strategy ahead of changes
- Support influencer and creator collaborations that authentically extend the brand's organic reach
What We're Looking For
- Demonstrated experience managing a brand's TikTok account with measurable growth or engagement outcomes
- Hands-on short-form video production skills — comfortable in front of and behind the camera, and proficient in editing tools
- A natural feel for internet culture: you recognize what's about to trend and understand the mechanics behind viral content
- Strategic mindset that connects content choices to real brand and business objectives
- Strong written voice with the ability to adapt tone across platforms and formats
- Familiarity with social analytics platforms and confidence making data-informed creative decisions
- Background in fashion, luxury, lifestyle, or aspirational consumer brands is a plus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, collaborative, in-person environment in New York City
