About the Role

This full-time position as a Maintenance Technician at Yes Communities requires reporting to the Community Manager. The role involves maintaining and repairing the physical infrastructure of our communities to ensure the safety and comfort of residents.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, painting, and minor repairs on buildings and grounds.
• Inspect facilities for potential hazards and make necessary repairs or report issues to management.
• Handle emergency situations by providing quick and effective solutions to ensure the safety of residents.
• Keep accurate records of all maintenance activities and repairs performed.

What We're Looking For

• A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a similar role or relevant field.
• Familiarity with basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for site visits.
