Maintenance Supervisor

Dasmen Hr is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor to lead facility operations and oversee the care of our residential community in North Pointe, Richland County. This full-time position offers the opportunity to manage a maintenance team, ensure property safety and functionality, and maintain the standards that make our community thrive.

About the Role

As Maintenance Supervisor, you'll direct day-to-day maintenance operations across our residential facility. You'll oversee repairs, schedule preventive maintenance, and ensure all building systems and grounds meet our standards. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll both supervise your team and engage directly in maintenance work—inspecting structures, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating with residents and management to address their needs.

What You'll Do

• Lead and schedule a maintenance crew, assigning tasks and monitoring quality and safety
• Conduct regular inspections of buildings, mechanical systems, grounds, and common areas
• Plan, prioritize, and execute maintenance and repair projects
• Respond to maintenance requests and emergency repairs promptly
• Maintain equipment, tools, and inventory; track supplies and expenses
• Ensure compliance with safety codes, regulations, and company standards
• Document maintenance activities, work orders, and performance metrics
• Train staff on procedures, safety protocols, and equipment operation

What We're Looking For

• Proven supervisory or lead maintenance experience
• Strong knowledge of building maintenance, repairs, and mechanical systems
• Ability to troubleshoot problems and make sound decisions independently
• Excellent communication and team management skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Physical ability to perform maintenance tasks and lift heavy materials
