As a Maintenance Sales Representative with Indoor Environmental Services, you will drive the expansion of our commercial sales team by uncovering and closing new HVAC service and maintenance agreements within an assigned territory. This North Sacramento-based position is ideal for an early-career sales professional eager to develop within a growing organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect, identify, and pursue new commercial HVAC service and maintenance opportunities throughout your designated Northern California territory
• Build and nurture lasting relationships with commercial clients and decision-makers
• Develop tailored maintenance proposals that address each prospect's facility needs
• Negotiate and secure new service contracts to support the company's continued growth
• Maintain a healthy pipeline of leads and consistently move opportunities toward close

Qualifications

• Interest in or aptitude for B2B commercial sales (junior-level applicants are encouraged to apply)
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation abilities
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented approach to identifying and developing new business
• Willingness to work within assigned territories across Northern California
• Familiarity with HVAC services or commercial maintenance is a plus
