About This Position
This role involves performing all duties of a Licensed HVAC including repairs, installations, and replacements of equipment within the facility and property. Essential responsibilities include staging, ladder use, rigging, and ventilation practices.

- Perform repairs, installations, and replacements of HVAC equipment in the facility and property.
- Utilize safety devices and practices such as staging, ladders, rigging, and ventilation techniques.
- Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines.
What We're Looking For
- A journeyman NY license in HVAC.
- Proficiency in using tools and equipment related to HVAC repairs and installations.
- Experience with electronic HVAC systems is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
