The Opportunity
We are currently seeking experienced Machine Operators to join our team at DIS-TRAN Steel in Eunice, Louisiana. Our company values respect and integrity, and we believe that our people are the most valuable assets. This role is specifically for weekend shifts.
What You'll Do
- Safely operate CNC machinery such as drills and saws in a steel plant environment.
- Perform daily preventative maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance.
- Read tape measures accurately and possess basic math aptitude for necessary calculations.
Requirements
- Experience operating machinery in a steel plant setting is preferred.
- Able to read a tape measure and perform basic mathematical tasks.
- Commitment to safety standards while operating machinery.
