About the Role
As a Field Sales Agent based in Oak Park, Illinois, you will represent TLC Creative Solutions Inc in the community, signing up qualified customers for government-supported Lifeline and Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) offerings. This is a field-based, on-site position (not remote) with weekly compensation ranging from $500 to $1,000, ideal for outgoing self-starters who thrive on face-to-face interaction and results-driven work.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and enroll eligible customers into ACP and Lifeline program services throughout the Oak Park and Cook County area.
- Engage prospective customers directly in the field, explaining program benefits and eligibility clearly.
- Accurately complete and submit enrollment applications and required documentation.
- Meet and exceed individual sign-up and sales targets.
- Deliver a high standard of customer service that reflects the company's reputation for quality.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with comfort approaching new people in a field setting.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently toward enrollment goals.
- Prior experience in field sales, enrollment, or customer-facing roles is an asset.
