About the Role

What You'll Do

  • Maintain comprehensive clinical documentation and progress notes in compliance with healthcare and licensure standards
  • Collaborate with physicians, psychiatrists, and care coordinators to provide integrated mental health support
  • Track therapeutic progress, modify interventions as indicated, and communicate outcomes with clinical teams
  • Uphold ethical and professional standards while serving diverse patient populations with cultural sensitivity

What We're Looking For

  • Current Wisconsin licensure as an LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or equivalent clinical mental health credential
  • Demonstrated clinical competency in individual, couples, and family psychotherapy
  • Strong foundation in evidence-based treatment modalities
  • Professional communication skills and genuine commitment to patient outcomes
  • Experience working within collaborative healthcare or multidisciplinary team settings
