Pitch Health Solutions is hiring a Transfer Agent for our Orange Beach office. As a Full-Time Transfer Agent, you'll be the vital link connecting insurance customers with qualified, licensed agents—helping people find coverage that works for them while growing your career in a supportive environment.

About the Role

Since 2009, Pitch Health Solutions has been a leader in connecting customers seeking insurance solutions with licensed agents. In this position, you'll take on a critical role in our customer engagement process, working with our proven automated systems to ensure customers reach the right agent at the right time.

What You'll Do

• Engage with prospective customers using our automated dialing system—no manual calling required
• Qualify leads and transfer them to licensed insurance professionals
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
• Meet daily and weekly performance metrics
• Work collaboratively with agents to ensure successful customer handoffs
• Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and clarity

What We're Looking For

• Reliable, self-motivated professional ready for full-time work
• Clear verbal communication and active listening skills
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team
• Customer service experience preferred
• Comfort with technology platforms and willingness to learn new systems
• Drive to meet and exceed performance goals

Compensation & Benefits

Starting base pay of $15 per hour, plus performance-based commissions and weekly bonuses. Top-performing team members consistently earn $25 per hour or more. Compensation delivered via bi-weekly direct deposit.
