What You'll Do

• Provide expert legal analysis and counsel on matters within your practice area
• Manage complex legal files, client relationships, and business matters independently
• Mentor and supervise junior attorneys or legal support staff
• Research legal precedents, regulations, and evolving law within your specialty
• Prepare high-quality legal documents, briefs, and correspondence
• Collaborate with colleagues and clients to develop strategy and solve complex legal challenges
• Contribute to departmental or firm initiatives, policies, and business development

What We're Looking For

• Admitted to the California State Bar or other relevant state bar(s)
• Progressive legal experience at the mid-to-senior level in law firm or corporate environments
• Demonstrated expertise and strong reputation within your practice area or specialty
• Proven ability to manage matters with minimal supervision and deliver results
• Excellent legal research, writing, analysis, and communication skills
• Strong professional judgment, discretion, and ethical commitment
• Collaborative mindset and ability to build effective relationships with diverse stakeholders
