The role involves working closely with various departments to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, drafting legal reports, and negotiating contracts.

Responsibilities

• Thorough understanding of India (nationwide) (nationwide)n Contract Act, Transfer of Property Act, RERA, Stamp Act (Central & State), Specific Relief Act, applicable Real Estate laws, Companies Act, RBI, SARFAESI, and related policies, directions, circulars.
• Drafting legal reports and providing practical solutions to complex legal issues.
• Strong negotiation skills in contract drafting and management.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Who We're Looking For

We are looking for a candidate who has:

• A strong academic background in law, preferably with a relevant postgraduate degree.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in legal practice, ideally within the corporate or real estate sector.
• Excellent drafting and analytical skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
