The Opportunity
Anticipated Dates: 9/1/2026 - 11/11/2026
Livington Elementary School is seeking a dedicated and qualified Leave Replacement 3rd Grade Teacher. This position will be full-time, on-site.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide instruction in accordance with the New Jersey student learning standards for third-grade students
- Create an engaging and inclusive classroom environment that supports all learners
- Develop lesson plans aligned with state educational objectives
- Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance their academic performance
- Collaborate with colleagues, administration, and support staff to ensure a cohesive learning experience for students
What We're Looking For
- Appropriate NJ certification required
- Demonstrated knowledge of student learning standards in New Jersey
- A deep understanding of third-grade curriculum and pedagogy
- Excellent communication skills to foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
- A commitment to continuous professional development and improvement
