About the Role

As a Leasing Professional at Meridian Mt Vernon, you'll play a central role in creating a welcoming first impression for our community. You'll manage the end-to-end leasing process, from initial prospect inquiries through successful move-ins, while maintaining the highest standards of customer service that define Paradigm properties.

What You'll Do

• Greet prospective residents and conduct comprehensive property tours highlighting community amenities and available floor plans
• Explain lease terms, rental policies, and move-in requirements in clear, professional language
• Prepare and process lease agreements and all required leasing documentation accurately and efficiently
• Schedule and coordinate move-in appointments, ensuring residents are fully prepared for their arrival
• Answer questions from prospects and current residents regarding the community, policies, and services
• Maintain organized records and follow compliance requirements throughout the leasing cycle
• Contribute to a positive community environment through consistent, professional, and responsive communication
