Role Overview

We are seeking a Leasing Manager to join our team and lead the sales efforts at this luxury property. Under the direction of the General Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving the leasing process.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead the leasing team to achieve sales goals
- Develop and implement marketing strategies that increase traffic and occupancy rates
- Respond to web leads and telephone inquiries, conducting site tours and effectively showing properties
- Manage monthly leasing programs aimed at achieving optimal performance
