Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Manage the leasing process from initial inquiries to final move-ins
• Provide excellent customer service to prospective tenants
• Process applications, conduct tours of available units, and answer questions about amenities and community life
• Maintain accurate records and update property management systems
• Coordinate with maintenance staff for repairs and maintenance requests
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Prior experience in property management or a related field is preferred but not required
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively
• Familiarity with property management software systems
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for site visits as needed
