What You'll Do

• Design and develop engaging and effective learning programs
• Work closely with the team to ensure alignment with organizational goals
• Create content that enhances the learning experience for participants
• Contribute to a collaborative environment where creativity and innovation are encouraged

What We're Looking For

• At least two years of experience in e-learning or related field
• A strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design theories
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other digital tools for content creation
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks efficiently
