This is a full-time, on-site position (Monday through Friday) offering an exceptional opportunity to shape product experiences and drive measurable customer impact at scale.
What This Role Involves
You'll have full ownership of significant, intricate product initiatives that directly influence customer satisfaction and business metrics. This hands-on senior role combines strategic vision with meticulous craft—turning nebulous challenges into coherent solutions, building scalable design approaches, and directing cross-functional teams toward unified outcomes. You'll maintain accountability throughout, set demanding quality benchmarks, and use systems thinking to amplify your influence across the organization.
What You'll Do
- Own design across the full lifecycle of large initiatives, ensuring solutions deliver measurable improvements to customer experience or business outcomes
- Break down intricate, ill-defined problems and synthesize them into focused, executable strategies
- Anchor design decisions firmly in product strategy, business objectives, and authentic user needs
- Work closely with Product and Engineering colleagues to refine requirements and assess design versus technical trade-offs
- Craft polished designs grounded in interaction best practices, user insights, and systems-level architecture
- Produce prototypes and design artifacts that make your intent crystal-clear and win stakeholder alignment
- Shape and advance design systems to strengthen consistency and efficiency across the product
- Move cross-functional stakeholders through persuasive storytelling backed by research and data
- Execute amid shifting demands, competing priorities, and uncertainty, with ownership and discipline
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 7 years in Product Design or User Experience roles
- Proven success managing substantial initiatives with multiple teams and departments
- Deep expertise in product strategy and systems-based design thinking
- Advanced proficiency with Figma and current design tools
- Ability to articulate, advocate for, and substantiate design recommendations using data and research
