About the Role
As a Lead Sales Associate in our Holt store, you'll balance direct customer engagement with supervisory responsibilities. What You'll Do
- Assist customers in locating products and complete sales transactions at the register
- Mentor and guide fellow team members on sales techniques and company policies
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and product displays
- Handle cash, process payments, and manage till reconciliation
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock rotation and shelf placement
- Support opening and closing procedures as assigned
- Report operational concerns or product issues to store management
