Latin American Voice Actor – Fully Remote

Join Mercor as a Latin American Voice Actor in a fully remote, contract-based role paying up to $150 per hour. We're recruiting talented voice professionals based in Guatemala and Latin America to create authentic voice samples for customer service AI agents through advanced voice cloning technology.

Position Summary

As a Voice Actor specializing in Latin American Spanish, you'll contribute your natural speaking voice to advance AI development. Your high-quality recordings will be used to train customer experience agents with authentic, expressive vocal characteristics. This flexible contract position requires 5–10 hours of work per week and suits professionals with voice acting, broadcasting, or similar audio production experience who are seeking part-time, remote opportunities.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Record high-quality voice samples from provided scripts covering conversational, narrative, and instructional content
• Deliver clear, natural, and emotionally expressive speech with precise control over tone, pacing, and pronunciation
• Maintain consistent voice, accent, and delivery style across multiple recording sessions
• Follow detailed recording guidelines covering environment setup, microphone configuration, and file formatting requirements
• Perform multiple takes with varied emotion, emphasis, and stylistic elements as directed

What We're Looking For

• Native Latin American Spanish speaker currently based in Guatemala or Latin America, capable of delivering neutral, internationally intelligible Spanish
• Proven experience in voice acting, dubbing, narration, podcasting, or broadcast media
• Professional or near-professional recording setup with quality audio equipment
• Advanced command of intonation, diction, and emotional range in vocal delivery
• Ability to follow scripts precisely while maintaining natural, authentic delivery
• Reliable availability for 5–10 hours per week throughout the project duration
• Clear understanding that your voice recordings may be used for voice cloning specific to the client's customer experience AI agent, with no reuse or resale outside this scope
