We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Kitchen Manager to join our growing Scratch Kitchen brand. As the Kitchen Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food service, and fostering a positive team environment. This role is crucial in building a cohesive team that values teamwork, respect, and continuous growth.
What You'll Do
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, including inventory management and staff scheduling.
