Position Summary

The Betty & Milton Katz JCC is seeking highly motivated individuals for after-school counselor positions. This part-time role allows you to make a positive impact on children's lives while working in a dynamic and team-oriented environment.

Core Duties

• Supervise and support children during structured activities and free play
• Facilitate group dynamics, encouraging teamwork and social skills development
• Assist with homework help and academic-based after-school programs
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants at all times

What We're Looking For

• A team player who thrives in a dynamic environment
• Excellent communication skills to interact with children, parents, and staff
• Pedagogical knowledge or experience preferred but not required
• Patience, creativity, and the ability to engage children of various ages
