The Opportunity

Intellistaff is seeking a dedicated and experienced Junior Security Supervisor to join their team in Franschhoek, Stellenbosch. The core role involves implementing and monitoring security systems, equipment, and procedures that ensure the safety of visitors and employees through outstanding security, first aid, and emergency services.

Core Duties

• Implement and monitor security systems, equipment, and procedures to maintain a safe environment for all premises users.
• Provide first aid and emergency response services as needed.
• Secure premises by managing access control and monitoring surveillance systems.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures.
• Assist in the training of new staff on security protocols and procedures.

Qualifications

• A relevant high school qualification or equivalent.
• Basic understanding of security systems and equipment operation.
• Experience in a similar role would be advantageous but not mandatory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
