Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the restaurant team to ensure high standards of food and beverage service
• Implement effective training programs for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
• Manage inventory levels, control costs, and maintain profitability
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase guest engagement and sales
• Collaborate with the Food & Beverage team to create innovative menus and dining experiences

Who We're Looking For

• A proven track record in restaurant management, preferably within a luxury or high-end setting
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Experienced in managing inventory, budgeting, and financial control
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and restaurant management software
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable dining experiences
