Position Summary
Air-Tastic, Ireland's leading leisure and family entertainment brand, is seeking a dynamic Restaurant Manager to join our team in Lisburn. As part of the SMS platinum group Ltd, Airtastic offers a wide range of activities including inflatables, trampolines, adventure golf, soft play centres, amusement arcades, and dining options. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the restaurant operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of the venue.
Your Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling and shift management
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment for guests and staff
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest experience and satisfaction
- Manage inventory levels and control costs effectively
- Train and mentor restaurant staff to ensure high standards of service and quality
- Collaborate with other department heads to coordinate activities and events within the venue
